First off, sorry for the unannounced two month hiatus here on Midtown Magnolia. Life got a hold of me and sadly I did not have time to maintain this little space. I promise I am now back with fresh content three times a week – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday so be sure to keep stopping by! Now to the good stuff…

J. Crew Factory is having a HUGE sale in stores and online --- everything is 50% off! The online sale ends tonight, however, so snag these pieces while you can! I visited the factory store right outside Atlanta and came home with the linen-cotton drawstring pants in navy, striped gauze stripe boy shirt, crystal droplets necklace in white, stripe boat neck tee, and orange flared skirt. I’ll be styling these pieces similarly to what I've shown here but wanted to share some other pieces that were on my wish list and how I would style them. While I put together five looks here, you could easily create twice as many by mixing and matching these versatile pieces. Which look is your favorite?

P.S. If you only buy one thing, make it the knit racerback maxidress. I promise you it is the most comfortable dress you have ever worn! You'll be reaching for this piece all summer long.
