Happy New Year, friends! I took a little break from
everything (work & the blog) during the two holiday weeks, and now I have
been slow moving to get back in the swing of things. So, here I am on Thursday
of my first week back to reality and I am finally sharing the first post of the
New Year!
I have always had this idea that once the holidays pass, it
was time to completely refresh my wardrobe. I have a hard time reaching for
pieces in
earthy tones from fall or the
plaids and
sparkles from the holiday
season. However, with the temps only dropping as the days go by, it’s not
exactly time to start pulling out my spring pieces.
That’s why I
love this sweater. It’s such a fun shade of pink, yet still thick enough to
keep me warm through these transition months. For a little extra warmth, I
layered it over my Gap polka dot button down and then threw on my leather
jacket. I may just have to throw this sweater today as it’s freezing here in
Atlanta. Stay warm out there!
